Team

We are currently a group of 10 trainers who offer workshops, trainings and consultations on various topics including but not limited to disability, Race, gender, anti-ableism, diversity, anti-racism and empowerment.

We work in a team of 2 trainers, because we want to take into account the trainers‘ own experiences of discrimination and privileges due to their different social positions. We understand representation and social positioning as quality standards of discrimination-critical and diversity-sensitive educational work.

Our trainers have a wide range of professional experience in different fields such as counselling, coaching, research, social work, legal work, education and political self-organization.

We work in Berlin, nationwide and internationally. We speak German, English, Spanish and other languages.

We welcome enquiries for trainings, seminars, workshops, advanced trainings, lectures, consultations, supervisions and mediations online and in presence.

Some of our trainers do not have a profile here because they prefer to remain anonymous.
